Velancy provides nationwide delivery across all cities and regions of Pakistan, including urban and rural areas.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the customer's location, order weight, and courier charges. Standard delivery charges may apply, while additional charges may be applicable for remote areas or heavy shipments.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days depending on customer location and courier service.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation before being handed over to courier services.

5. Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or courier service issues beyond our control.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared with customers once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

7. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will attempt delivery multiple times. If the order is not received, it may be returned to us.

8. Incorrect Address

Velancy is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

9. Cash on Delivery & Online Payment

Velancy offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Customers can also choose to make advance payments through available online payment methods. Orders paid online will be processed and shipped after successful payment confirmation.
