5. Orders

• Orders are confirmed after successful placement.
• We may cancel orders due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.
• Customers must provide accurate details for order processing.

6. Payment

Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Flat shipping charges of Rs. 200 apply on all orders.
• Delivery time is usually 3–5 working days.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.
• Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery.
